The Show runs September 24-25. Saturday 10-6, Sunday 11-5 at Don Montgomery Community Centre – 2467 Eglinton Ave. East, between Midland and Kennedy. There is convenient access from Kennedy Subway Station

Answer to the previous Quiz: No, it doesn’t. For example, the same chemical element Chromium gives Ruby its red colour and gives Emerald its green colour.
(The question was: Does a chemical element in the mineral’s chemical formula, or as an inclusion, give a mineral a specific colour?)
